Rentals in high season (April to October) as well as for vacation periods are prioritized on a weekly basis.
THE COSTS :
Includes linens, utilities, WIFI, access to the swimming pool depending on the season.
Do not include tourist tax / person / night (€1.20)
and cleaning costs (60€)
10% reduction for the 2nd week and following ones.
IMPORTANT: "group" rentals are offered as deferred reservations - a response time of one day will be used to confirm or not your request
SERVICES WITH SUPPLEMENTS:
Breakfast basket brought to the gîte: €10 per person.
Basket service 3 evenings per week: (main course/dessert) according to the weekly menu: €20 per person/day (excluding drinks).
Shared table for dinner at the mansion 1 to 2 evenings per week: (starter/main course/dessert) according to menu €25 per person/day (excluding drinks)
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
25% deposit upon booking - balance 7 days before arrival.
PAYMENT:
The terms of payment of the deposit will be settled online
This deposit is retained unless canceled 30 days before the arrival date. Credit card accepted
GENERAL:
Weekly rentals start on Saturday.
The cottages are available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. at the end of the stay.

Additional beds for young children are not provided.
Animals are not allowed (except on request depending on the availability of the gîtes concerned - a cleaning supplement may be requested)
