High season rentals (April to October) and holiday periods are prioritized on a weekly basis.
PRICES:
Include linens, utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to the swimming pool (seasonal).
Do not include tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night for 2027)
and cleaning fees (€60).
12% discount for 2-week rentals (see promotions tab).
IMPORTANT: Group bookings are offered on a deferred reservation basis - a one-day response time will be used to confirm or decline your request.
SERVICES WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Breakfast basket delivered to the cottage: €12 per person.
Basket service 3 evenings per week: (main course/dessert) according to the weekly menu: €22 per person/day (excluding drinks).
Shared table for dinner at the manor 1 to 2 evenings per week: (starter/main course/dessert) according to the menu: €27 per person/day (excluding drinks)
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
25% deposit upon booking - balance due 7 days before arrival.
PAYMENT: The deposit payment terms will be settled online. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. Credit cards accepted.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Weekly rentals begin on Saturday. Cottages are available from 5:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the end of your stay. If you would like different days, please contact us; we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. For group and seminar bookings, please contact us. Extra beds for young children are not provided. Pets are not allowed (except upon request, subject to the availability of the cottages concerned; a cleaning fee may apply). Parking is available in the immediate vicinity (Place du Concorde) adjacent to the property. An electric vehicle charging station is located next to the property (payment card required).
